Healthy Tuna Pasta Salad

  • 3 oz Tolerant Green Lentil Pasta
  • 1 6 oz Can Tuna Fish
  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise I use organic or make Whole30 compliant
  • 2 Tbsp Sweet Pickle Relish


  • Bring water to a boil, add pasta and follow box directions (I like my pasta on the softer side so cook closer to 10 minutes)
  • While the pasta is cooking, combine tuna fish, mayonnaise and sweet pickle relish
  • Once pasta is done, drain, rinse and let stand 3 minutes
  • Combine tuna salad with pasta, adding more mayonnaise or sweet relish as needed
