I have a serious sweet tooth. I absolutely love anything sugary, sweet.
As I try to keep my diet clean, I’m always looking for healthier alternatives to some of my classic favorites and this banana ‘ice cream’ is just the ticket.
Not only is it beyond easy to make, but it’s super refreshing.
Here, I froze the bananas first and added a little almond milk, to give it a more classic ice cream feel, but you can also puree the banana, add a little cinnamon or almond butter and then freeze. I honestly love this, either way, it just really depends on which consistency you prefer!
