My name is Corinne and I created this little space, as an outlet to share the things I’m most passionate about with the hope of inspiring others.
Over the past few years, I have become more focused on my overall well-being. I’m talking full mind, body, and soul. From eating whole, clean foods to exercising, and practicing mindfulness, I believe in living a healthy but balanced lifestyle.
I have found that feeling good on the outside starts with feeling good on the inside and that diet can be a leading contributor to this. I’ve tried a few of the classic Paleo, Whole30 lifestyles and have gone down the rabbit hole of reading everything I can on the subject. This sparked a fire in me to learn more about how to best nourish our bodies, so much so, that I studied to become a certified Health Coach!
I’m also a strong believer in positive thinking, celebrating the little moments and that a genuine smile is the best accessory. With this in mind, I strive each day to live a meaningful and happy life and I look forward to chronicling that journey here with all of you!
Outside of my 10-6, I reside in Brooklyn, New York with my husband Tim, our Mini Australian Shepherd, Summit and our first little babe on the way! My personal mantra is, ‘Start each day with a grateful heart’, and I’m so grateful that you stopped by!
